The goal of Half-Life 2 : MMod is to enhance and expand gunplay, combat mechanics and the immersion factor by giving the Player more options and combat opportunities as well as refine how the Player handles his arsenal. AR2 always needed a bit of love.
Better textures, proper colored muzzleflash ( people have weird fascination of making ar2 shoot blue stuff for some reason ), lovely new shader effects.
AR2 with the left hand holding, at last!
Source engine still can show stuff very realistic, simply because of the lighting it handles!
I love the lighting effects, the way Freeman holds the clip with his left hand, the way the way the mechanism holding the round sort of flinches with each shot, basically everything you've done here.
tbh, I prefer the blue muzzle flashes on the AR2, makes it look fancy/Sci-Fi,
love what you've done with the view model tho
