Have fun!
With the patches for the mapping challenges in The Hammer Cup: 2017 now released, my brief return to making compatibility patches for HL2: MMod has come to an end, at least for now.
Tomorrow, I'll be publishing the first release of my MMod Fixes and Enhancements Project, so be sure to stay tuned for that as well.
Until then, have fun with the patches for The Hammer Cup: 2017! And be sure to report any issues that you find with the patches in the comments.
Right, so I've run into an issue with map changes on certain entries, primarily on BridgeVille, haven't tested the others. If an entry has two or more maps in it (e.g. "Smog City"), and you transition into the 2nd map, the AI will be permanently disabled, not even the "ai_disable 0" command will fix the bastards. Apparently the "nodegraph_fix" cfg file is the culprit, just set ai_norebuildgraph "1" to "0" and that should resolve the issue. If anyone runs into trouble, see if that'll do the job. (Apparently it's due to the fact that certain maps are unable to rebuild their node graphs or something like that.)
