H&D DELUXE ULTIMATE MOD 3.0
1) Installation instructions:
- install H&D Deluxe -> Select Setup Type -> Full+Editor
- unpack (extract) the RAR archive into your main (root) H&D Deluxe install directory (i.e. C:\Take2\Hidden and Dangerous Deluxe) and overwrite files when asked.
Please don't install the game and the mod itself into the Program Files (x86) directory, otherwise the mod will not work properly and you will miss some new content (like custom vehicles, etc)!
For those having in-game issue with stationary characters (both friendly and enemy) falling partially into surface please install Dxwrapper to fix the problem (https://github.com/elishacloud/dxwrapper). Copy the following files from the Dxwrapper folder into your H&D Deluxe/bin directory: d3d8.dll, ddraw.dll, dsound.dll, dxwrapper.dll and dxwrapper.ini. This should fix the bug, which is not related to the mod itself (it could happen also in vanilla game on modern OS like Windows 10).

heyy first of all i want to thank you all guys for making this game alive all those years especially our modders who are making something even developers back then couldnt I was shocked when i saw how alive is community for a game that is almost 30 years old
well yesterday i downloaded "ultimate mod" and it was amaizing i must say, but i noticed something, I saw before that individual faces of soldiers are big deal and fixing them would be game changer so I noticed that when you start mission all soldiers have the same face, face from one of 4 soldiers you pick, but I played a little bit with cheats and cheat "fullhands" so I gave every soldier different uniform and boom, every soldier had their individual face here is pic of it Ibb.co (idk how to upload pic directly here haha :') ),
so I tought (first of all im not modder or anything haha just some basic knowledge of game design, so please dont be hard on me if i say something stupid hahaha) so i tought maybe if you could somehow make the copy of same model and uniform and give them different names, for example idk "sasuniformyugoslavia1" "sasuniformyugoslavia2" and make 4 of for every player soldier and give them to every soldier on the start of mission, would that change anything or would that fix "faces problem"
That was just my suggestion i would try it myself but i dont know how haha, sorry if i'm posting this on wrong thread, and im sorry if you already noticed it so im just wasting your time, i just wanted to share this with you, all good my fellow sas warriors lets make this legend come back to life haha

Finally got around to doing another playthrough and this mod still stands up,definitely the definitive way to play H&D if you ever try the game. Although i did encounter a bug,starting from the Norway campaign my game would crash on the loadout screen. It would happen whenever i went below the silenced Sten MkII or above the Lanchester SMG,maybe it's caused by something with a weapon above/below the ones mentioned above but i'm not too sure. I can attach a crash log later if you need
Thanks for the feedback! I found out, that the crash is related to the new Sten MK. V SMG that i added into mod starting from the 2.7 version. The weapon texture had improper dimensions not supported by the game - i fixed it now. Its strange though, since the crash happens only on some PCs, while on others the new weapon works just fine. Anyway, please update the mod to the newest 2.8 version.

Good News, you can now host a co-op game; I found the fix, and Jakub installed it into the mod; please, redownload it. :)
It sounds good, thanks for the info. Hamachi could work and GameRanger could help.
Regretfully, I only know a LAN co-op, myself. Though I did hear rumors that you can play via a Hamachi connection.
You can also play via Radmin VPN connection as i did recently with NilsZ playing Mousetrap addon in vanilla H&D Deluxe. Hamachi also worked. We had stable connection and low ping. It was fun as hell. I never played HDD coop before and i highly recommend it.
