When Day Breaks - Screenshot 1

6 billion casualties within the first day. Yet, some managed to survive. A passenger, once to be associated with the Foundation, came across a distress signal. Could this signal dictate the next step to make for a dark salvation, or rather to drag him into the punishing light? "When Day Breaks" is a short SOMA mod that aims to turn S. D. Locke's Proposal from the SCP Foundation Wiki into a playable story, featuring the key events, and some additional ones.

Begins the game with no disciplines. Your character is illegally sired and begins as an outcast without any knowledge of Kindred life other than what you get from LaCroix if you don't skip the opening cutscene or Jack if you don't skip the tutorial. Your background is Caitiff and thin-blooded. As Caitiff you begin the game clanless and inherit no clan disciplines or clan weaknesses. As a thin-blood you have some qualities of an Inceptor and through that eventually develop a set of disciplines unique to yourself. As a thin-blood your Insight is expressed as +2 Inspection. This mod considerably changes the core VTMB gameplay journey with a little inspiration from the book for diehard fans of the series.

Game: The Witcher: £1.04 GBP/$1.49 USD

Mod: Full Combat Rebalance

By eLeR Creative

Minimalistic Interface

The Full Combat Rebalance mod is a huge mod created for The Witcher. The combat mechanics have been remade almost from the scratch. The aim was to maximize the realism of the gameplay, this way making it more similar to the world created by Andrzej Sapkowski and maintaining the gameplay to the highest possible standard at the same time. The fights have became more brutal, they need more tactics and strategy, but on the other hand the combat system rules have become more logical.
