Description
The UNSC's titan when the player chooses the ONI tree.
The sheer power of its shielding and weaponry are incredible, the result of forerunner technological integration and years of dedicated weapons research. Aside from its already formidable battle abilities, it also boasts deployable Strident-class heavy frigates. Quite simply, it tends to make Covenant ships look lamer than FDR's legs.
Credit for this delicious model (clocking in at only 8,357 triangles btw) goes to the Didact.

the forerunner centurion and it isn't even a friggin' titan
The Centurion would wreck this ship harder than the infinity wrecked that RCS in the spartan ops cutscene, except the Centurion wouldnt need to ram the Infinity
I would imagine the forerunner Guardian cruiser (non capital) would put up a relatively even fight.
Can we get a comparison picture of the first model that didact did compared to this new one? Just to see how much was removed while still retaining the awesome quality.
Why? You can't compare a super high poly model to one made for a 4X space RTS.
This isn't a stripped down version of the other model. He made this from scratch...in like a day.

Annnyways... we're not doing the Vanilla faction split. The UNSC will be getting the Infinity regardless of which faction you choose later in the game...
Will the infinity carry Broadsword fighters in the place of Longswords? or will the rebellion release change all Longswords to Broadswords?
since the broadsword replaced the sabres, we can guess that's been replaced and i hope so for the infinity as well

nothing has been replaced so far, and in fact, broadswords havent even been modeled
I like the saber way better in terms of design.
