For the purposes of the mod, the OAS-class Titan is a Covenant Assault Carrier custom built and commanded by a Prophet, completely designed by the San 'Shyuum and fit with swaths of Forerunner artifacts recovered by the empire. She's a formidable ship only countered by massive fleets and, perhaps, a certain UNSC Infinity.

Battleship will be a capital for now.
OAS is a little bigger than normal.

More living space. It's more arrogance than elegance, since they just put their sky scrapers on top of an untouchable ship.
