Description
This is the final model for the Covenant starbase. The model looks pretty basic because a lot of the detail will be added through bump mapping by Zero.

Great first strike reference aside, it actually does
I dont see much difference from the early version...
Mostly minor changes, but wanted to share with you guys anyways.
The ring is now elliptical not perfectly circular.

In all honesty they have been underused up until this point. At least its not at the level of "Were it so easy" yet...

Which, in many folks opinion, is the best joke in all the Halo books to date. It's no small wonder book savvy Halo fans repeat it whenever the joke's marginally relevant.
I think you should add at least one more crossbar to connect the outer ring if only to add the sense of structure, having only one it would probably tear itself apart with its rotation.
What tech level upgrade is this?
