I like the defeat screen, that has impacted in it.

But with this screen:
If it was just the prophet praising the elite general with the city being glassed with one ccs carrier, that would have more impact.
But with this screen, there is too much going on in one picture, no key feature to focus on. don't get me wrong, the artist has great technique, and there is no technical problems with it like proportions to the body etc.
