On the bottom..Ringleader designed it more after vagyr than UNSC i think, when/if i model it i'll put a proper MAC + MAC mount on, but i think it was more of a turret ship..
what is the difference between wolf clad and any other frigates? or is it a custom job by an admiral with disregard for military policies?

It's very unlikely if not completely ruled out. Although the Art of Halo book shows a "shield ship" was a concept for halo 2, the books state starship scale shielding is a long way off for the UNSC, and even the relatively simple artificial gravity tech the Covenant use is only just beginiing to be tested on ships.
