Evolutions is a "Halo Wars" style mod for Command and Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars that features epic ground and air warfare on a massive scale. Evolutions brings many instruments of war from the Halo universe to life, allowing the player to fight as the Covenant or the UNSC in epic battles based on iconic Halo locales.

In the beginning generations of halo they had longer necks than they do now, for the platform it's going on it looks fine

This is true. In Halo Custom Edition (which you installed over combat evolved, if I recall correctly) you could get maps with a bunch of hunters, and their necks are very long.

You just don't notice the length until they are dead, or if they look around idly.
