The pack includes:
*New ultra definition models (weapons and characters).
*New sounds (weapons, items and characters).
*New sprites.
*Minor graphic improvements to the HUD
Basically every model in the game is replaced with a ultra definition version except for the trip mine, satchel, Alien Controller, Nihilanth, Gonarch, health station/HEV suit charging station and other minor models like bins/soda machines.
Theres also a optional STALKER weapon pack which you can grab here

Man, if you thought the original HD pack stuck out like a sore thumb, playing Half-Life with this certainly won't do you any favors.
