If u havn't figured it out yet. U are missing something
A nice mod with a great story. U did fantastic. I especially love the voice acting
Fun mod. A few minor annoyances like the machine gun being hard to grab when you had to shoot down the transport plane.
After I have destroyed the Osprey nothing else happens and I cannot see a way out of the area. Is this a bug or am I simply missing something?
Are decent voice actors so rare? People who can't read a prompt, script or cue card?. I've done voice overs for years, they are hard to get jobs because there are so many of them. Everything I have ever heard on any game or mod have been pretty generic. It's not rocket science.
Very nice mod. But it seems it has lost its deserved popularity...
I'm at the part where the announcement system says something along the lines of "elevator failure in 20 seconds", and I keep dying because I'm not effectively enough using "alien assets in achievement of goal." How do I get past it without no-clipping?
Get pulled by one of the barnacles up and look a red button. Then shoot it, the elevator goes up, meanwhile you shoot the barnacle so it won't eat you and all that should time it so you land on the elevator going up.
Just dl'd this one, look forward to playing it. I hope it works fine, I'd read about some of the bugs, and haven't seen an updated version. I'll be sure to let you know if I encounter any of the same problems.
/e finished it. Looked and felt good, and the puzzles were clever but not too impossible nor liable to make me say, "This must be bugged! No way that it's my own ignorance!" I did have some trouble with the m60 LMG at first, but I found if I stood in the right spot I could get it to work. Although this may be intentional... as a bipod mounted gun is handled a little differently than those old tripod-mounted walk-up tourist telescopes in HL...
