Point of View (POV) is a new single player Half-Life MOD where you will play as a Alien Slave named Xonxt.

You will have new weapons to use, be able to explore new and old areas of Back Mesa and of Xen in a MOD with a story that will allow you to (re)visit areas of Half-Life, Opposing Forces and Azure Sheep but, this time, with a different point of view.

Humans will try to kill you, xen forces will ignore or attack you and you will have to survive to all this. Friends will now be your enemies and enemies your friends now that you play as a Alien Slave...

Compatible with Steam.

Awesome! I play the Mod twice, and its amazing, I love the story and how at the end its still a question of Game over? As in will it go on or not? I'd have to say I never had so much fun in half life for a long long time, and that saying something. I hope you make a sequel to this I'm sure everyone would love it if you did, I love the descriptions and story of the aliens to. Its a really good Mod thats for sure. In fact I can't even find out what i don't like about it. :3

Absolutely love it!
Gave me a new idea about vortigaunts, and partially explained why they became peaceful and allied with the resistance in half-life2.
I had already thought that Nihilanth enslaved them, but this gave me way more detail. The only thing is... why do headcrabs not attack you? I mean, if they were Xen creatures, there must have been something to turn into a zombie, otherwise they wouldn't have that ability.
I would've loved it if you introduced a new alien weapon or something... Like a prototype only available for the 'advanced' vortigaunts like Xonxt.
I loved the scene where Shepard's plane crashes.... man i remembered long time ago when i played Opposing Force...
Now, the ending made me download Azure sheep

Anyway, awesome mod 10/10

While playing this mod, I found that in some maps, some of the planes (surfaces) were disappearing when I looked at them at different angles, especially in the train area. Please fix this as I cannot progress any further.

I think this mod would be even more awesome if someone remade it in the Source engine.

There probably wont be one, however DAV himself will be making a Source based sequel to this and Azure Sheep that takes during the Seven Hour War. After he finishes Davsub:Source.

Another one of the top 5 best HL1 mods. The inclusion of the text storyline along the way was brilliant, and the story itself was well thought out. The fact that you had to read it sometimes for key information throughout the game was a nice touch.

Make sure you click the button that you bound to story whenever you see a symbol pop up under your "flashlight" indicator. A sound will precede it when it pops up.

I agree with many people here on a sequel, this and Azure Sheep were great mods. I truthfully think more can be fleshed out in a sequel.
