That PC one looks like a port from a HL2 mod.

Dreamcast is better but not realistic.
PC versions is more realistic than Dreamcast version.
Dreamcast wins the version
the DreamCast Houndeyes do resemble the 0.52 alpha houndeyes, I find it to look weird due to the size of the eye..... mouth thing? it's a little too small, and this isn't the fault of the mod, that's how they look in the DreamCast version.
