Comparison of the Gordon model between the PC version and the Dreamcast version.

PC is always a step further than a console.
So how come Dreamcast Gordon looks better than PC?
The console was released 3 years later
Because the dreamcast version was created about 3 years after HL1.
console just got the better textures but the models are alwasy lower poly models

The PS2 Gordon model is better than both of these.

Otherwise PC better. But since you never see yourself ingame so it does not matter.
And here I thought it was impossible to see your own face without looking in a mirror, and there is no mirrors in the game as far as i know. And the water doesn't have any reflections.
btw is the ground texture different?
