Description
This is a concept for the former empire character Black.
Black wasnt always an evil, but after a series of mishaps he ended up in the ranks of the empire where he has become one of the most evil men on the planet.
coupled with his knowledge of technology has made him a very dangerous person, one of the top four minds on G-9 next to Proffesor Theo White, Lenko and Russet Brown.
believing that the Empire have gone about the conquest of the world all wrong, he broke off from them and using his own technology tries his luck with the main threat to any evil organisation. Gunstar.
His only apparent weakness is his obsessive love of gambling.
*prefers the character design on the right* :)
I like the left design more as it seems more in keeping with the original Gunstar's character design.
Personally I prefear the left over the right too. :P
