You can think of the glowing rad as leftover antimatter contacting with the ground, unfortunately ZH doesn't permit weapons that actually destroy the terrain, so tha ground doesn't go away...
You realize that the only source of antimatter on Earth is from the particle accelerator and it will only produce 1ml from running 100 years strait. That is only large enough to create an explosion 1 meter in diameter. (I'm just saying this as a chemistry lesson, i know everything in generals defies physical laws)
what if,
when the antimatter disappears it spawns an object with the exact same radius, that allows no collision
then, the object is textured to look like a hole or a scorch mark of some kind...

I like the sound effect for the antimatter left over after the explosion. It looks and sounds like Phazon from the Metroid Prime series by Retro Studios. Anyways, can't wait to annihilate (no pun intended) my enemies with this.
sory for doble post but i wanted to tell you a funny story about this vid (my best general is general tao) anyways i showed this to my frend (who is also a big rival on c&c he plays as DR.thrax) and he literaly screamed like a litele girl XD

gamma is purple with pink highlights, antimatter is dark purple with white highlights.
There are only so many colors to choose from sadly...

well actuly antimater at 1 point if relesed prety much antimater disipers quickly but thean again this is a bit fictinal so screw the laws of phisics
