GBC: TerrorPolezei mod for Half-Life 2

This is not a Zombie Game... it is a Game with Zombies - Let us explain, zombies are not the main concept of this game, the main concept involves the sturggle between the German, GSG9 TerrorPolizei and the Global Ballistics Corporation, zombies are merely a side note and an interfence in this battle.
[On to the story]

In 1990, Joseph Steinberg created the Global Ballistics Corporation, this company's goal was to become the leading manufacturer of weapons to the main militarys' of the world. At first the company started small and was based 12 miles outside the city of Las Vegas.
Though in only a few short years and with the introduction of two new programs, the SaTech DeAt Program, Satellite Technologies for Defense and Attack, and the Puri Program, Purification Systems, the company came into the worlds' eyes. The Company opened branches in 6 new countries: Britain, Germany, Russia, China, Isreal, and Australia
With these new branches, and new ideas flooding in a man named Wilhelm Teufel held a meeting in Berlin, Germany where he asked Joseph to support a new program which would be code named the Sonne Program. Which would be a medical research and development program. Joseph agreed on one stipulation, that the Sonne Program would only be allowed to create medicines, vaccines, and antibiotics and never produce biological weapons for military use. Wilhelm tried to convince him otherwise but Joseph ended the meeting.
Only 9 days later Joseph Steinberg's car was run off the road in Montgomery County, Indiana. His car was rammed across the highway and slide across 1 Athenian Drive into the ditch. After he crawled out of the wreck he was shot 7 times, 4 times in the chest, 2 times in the neck, and 1 time in the jaw. He died after a half hour of agony, the paramedics arrived 3 minutes later.
Shortly after his death, David Mathews took over as President of the Company and he instantly accepted Wilhelm's plan with a new stipulation. The program would go public and make medical goods around the world, but in the 7 main branches there would be a secretive program that would develop military grade biochemical weapons.
Unfortunatly for the GBC a covert operative from the GSG9 was listening in on the conversations. Once the GSG9 learned of this they asked their newest branch, the TerrorPolizei to wage a shadow war, 'To disrupt or even stop the course of the corrupt Sonne Program'
The TerrorPolizei immedeatly launched several raids, arresting many members of the Sonne Program on varying charges. Immedeatly following this the GBC ordered their new Mercenary units to begin waging counter-operations against the TerrorPolizei. This is where you come in, the TerrorPolizei will need all their members to participate in the coming conflicts.
