Yes, maybe. But we saw him still with the team in the few seconds screen time they gave to Delta squad. And I think the events in Kashyyyk was near the end of the war(correct me please if I'm wrong), so he should be with the team around the Citadel mission

I mean seriously why didn't George give them a story arc or something, or maybe at least one or two episodes of them kicking *** or anything, I mean come on don't just leave them in the dust! Delta Squad had a fan base and George and Dave Filoni probably knew that already but instead they were just like "Nah let's not give much of anything, maybe give them a cameo in one episode of them fetching some dead jedi, that should be good enough for the fans". Nope not even close. Such shame I hope somebody from Star Wars brings back Delta Team with new comics or toys, ******* blankets, i'll take anything at this point.

They are not very popular for some reason. I think many SW fans don't even know their names. At least in my country.

It is canon; what in the high holy hell are you talking about?

When Disney set down the rulebook for what is Canon and what is Legends, they said that the prequels, the OT, and The Clone Wars were canon, since they were of George Lucas's "vision" and involvement. Everything else that was made BEFORE Lucas sold out is NOT canon. Everything else that is being made IS. So not only did the quartet of episodes concerning the Bad Batch come out after the ownership transfer, but it's a direct continuation of Star Wars: The Clone Wars.

Translation: Echo is alive.

Nah the reason it ain't canon is because it never actually made it into the show.

Dave Filoni still considers it canon. The Bad Batch story arc, the Kyber Crystal story arc, Dark Disciple, and Darth Maul:Son of Dathomir were part of the unfinished Season 7 of TCW, and are all canon. The first two were incomplete, but complete enough that they could be released as full-on tv episodes; the others were not complete enough to be released on video, but were instead reintroduced through novels and comic books respectively. As for the unfinished Ahsoka arc, that had to be explained in the Ahsoka novel. It's still canon. AKA, Echo is alive.
But yes, Fives never lived to see him again, so either way, Fives is alone. RIP Fives.
