Bugfix and balance changes for IG, Inquisition and others.
Changelog:
- fixed crash on selecting chaos predator
- guard demolition pack nerfed: blast 3 instead of 5, descreased damage against heavy infantry and heavy buildings. Should also be displayed to the enemy by decal.
- meltagun damage increased: 2 times for IG, inq acolytes, renegades; 1.5 times for space marines, CSM, eldar, inquisition.
- guardsmen squad weapon upgrades got 2 times cheaper (doesn't affect veteran and stormtrooper squad).
- guard veterans now have 2 sergeants: one gives grenadiers(heavy infantry armour type), the other gives demolitions (melta bomb and demolition pack) and forward sentries (invisibility)
- Hellhound's inferno cannon now has flamestorm cannon's piercing (got better against heavy infantry)
- commissar and vox caster are now availible to guardsmen squad at t1.5, but their abilities require t2.
- ig vehicles price drop (chimera 150/150->150/100, sentinel 200/100->100/80, laser destroyer 300/300->200/300)
- lord commissar is now equipped with power sword by default.
- grey knight strike squad, interceptors, purgation and purifier squads price drop (strike squad 160/25->125/15), less cap (12->9), less hp (1000->600).
- GK terminators price and cap drop.
- immolator got flamestorm cannon instead of a twin heavy flamer.
- Seraphim's hand flamers and inferno pistols are now properly displayed
- Celestian superior now properly display her weapons
- tau fire warrior now start as 4-men squad.
- kroot price drop (50->30) and can have up to 15 in squad
- chaos icon bearers are now t2
- all predators cost changed (275/500->400/400), sm one's upgrades cost descreased
- ASM and raptor health descrease (550->500)
- new researches for necrons: living metal (more health and regeneration for vehicles) and quantum shielding (switches armour to Vehicle Med)

So in fact you put only 2 sergents for IG veterans ? We'll see if it's a good idea. I may be able to play in about 10 days.
And thanks for Lord Commissar, I'll try it against a close contact race (such as orks).
Now lord commissar can be properly used against ASM and other marines (just don't put him against force commander, he is only 1000 hp) inside a squad of veterans with grenadiers sergeant, so those matchups should get better.
why did all the grey knights get such a massive nerf(hp wise)
They are just a regular marines with better weapons. I do this because we couldn't use them at earlier tiers because of their price, but now it is much less and you will be able to use them, not die before the first squad arrives. But I can't just descrease price, so I have to tone them down a little. Now their hp is like vanilla SMs with bionics.
