This mod is about strategy, resource management and map control. It has the following features: - Unique weapon system that forces you to adapt to your enemy tactics. - The unique gameplay for each of 9 races. Playing the Inquisition is very different, than playing orks. - The cost and squad/support caps of all units now depend on their power so a squad of terminators will be much more expensive than the squad of tactical marines. But it may be much more effective... - Low tiers are now has extremely important, because you will need a strong economics to step into tier2 or tier3. - A lot of new models, some of those were made especially for this mod. The mod is still in beta and has some placeholders (like chaos Hellbrute or tau Riptide). Stay tuned for new patches and releases.
This version features 9 playable races and its gameplay is nearly close to the original concept. However it has some placeholders and it's missing some features (like ordos addons for Inquisitor).
dose it work on steam
Yes, it does. But I recommend not to play 8-player matches, because the game may crash.
never crashed for me on 8 player/ai matches
Relic fixed some memory issues, so it may not crash on last version, but on older version it was crashing like hell after 15 minutes.
For some reason, each time, 4 minutes left, my download fails on me ... twice and I read nothing about my issue. Mod db download .exe file.
Mirrors?
Or you know what I should do?
Great mod with great potential. The Necron new units look ssssssiiiiiiccccckkkkk. :)
Got it to work. :)
i am so impressed with the tau crisi suit, the upgrades and looks are perfect. All the anti vehicles weapons do way too much damage and was disappointing, also armies are too expensive and cannot maintain the battle but all in all great mod.
It is crashing when sisters of battle are selected. I lost the war before it even starts. Anybody having the same issue?
You shouldn't be able to play as sisters of battle, you can't select them in races selection, but I know it can be achived by selecting SoB in another mod and switching to GiFR, but you should play Inquisition instead.
When playing with the Orks, I noticed that the giant robot (that most expensive one) is completely invisible. Any ideas?
That's wierd. Tested it myself and I can clearly see the Stompa. Does this bug happens all the times or there are some requirement to recreate it? I need to see this bug to fix it.
