Freeworlds: Tides of War is a fan built Star Wars total conversion mod for Digital Anvil's Freelancer game that was released several years ago. When fans began to make mods for Freelancer, one of the many things people were keen on seeing was a Freelancer mod based on the Star Wars universe developed by George Lucas. Freeworlds and Tides of War were the answer to this outcry. The development team of both mods have now joined forces to create an epic new Star Wars TC, Freeworlds: Tides of War.

Hutts used the marauder if you ever read Crimson Empire II
The missile cruiser IS a Marauder. The rebels were a ragtag group of dissidents in the original series, they had to use readily available ships this was one of them. Anything they could get their hands on. Essentially they were a very large pirate organization.
Who else does this for a living? Thats right! The Hutts.

and the hutts used the normal (non missile cruiser) ones.

Yes, it will. And it will look even better once we get normal maps working in Freelancer...which is on the verge of happening.
that is unbelieveable ship creation, the level of detail there is probably close to what lucas himself used for the films. you guys are by far the best modders ive ever seen, keep it up guys!
