Their vehicles maybe old and maybe outdated, but they are still useful in a fight against the enemies of the resistance. The 4th Reich's armour battalions maybe more powerful in terms of protection and firepower, but they cannot be powerful forever.
Based around unsalvaged GLA SCUD Launcher from the original game, this will be the weak but powerful balistic siege weapon of the Russian Resistance.

All-thou its weak, its power is overwhelming and it is to keep guarded from enemy forces.
I think you should use nuclear warhead for this vehicle :)
