This is the orbital bombardement from a SSD used on the new ability. If you are thinking this, the IA will use these attacks.
Can these be blocked by the shield Generator?
As all the other proyectiles.
Are you going to give the shield generator an actual shield capacity now? So that the AI doesn't just sit and hammer the player all day with no success?
I do not understand your question. But I have not intentions from change nothing. If you try tell me that these turbolaser must cross shields........it has not sense. I feel that you must think better what you are proposing because if each thing need a counterpart, you will enter on a long spiral without too many control.
I think he means giving the shield a life bar like on the ships so it can only take so much pounding.
Well think about past star wars; in the "original" Clone Wars cartoon series Cody was telling Obi-Wan that "With our continues bombardment the enemies shield will be down in 3 months" and they had been shooting at it for 1 month already. Ground Based Shields have always been powerful, Episode 5 " The rebels have erected a shield that will withstand any bombardment" it was why they had to land troops and comemnce a ground assault outside of the shield generators protective field, or even in Episode 1 With the gungan's shields taking extreme pounding from the AAT's, and I'm not even going to mentione the new clone wars movie shield scene so I'd say that' close to the real thing.
