This is a new type of structure for garrison not only your troops, you can garrison even a AT-AT at this.

and once you garrison your AT-AT into, can it fire? and where does it fire from (from the standard/usual height?)?
Yes, it can fire. The fire points are not the same. But it will fire from all them. You should understand how it is a mod and perfection is not possible. If I was searching the perfection with each new feature, I would be working at this all my life without success.;)

so it will fire just from above the ground, like if it was infantry shooting from the original bunkers?
cause neither I nor Farseer were able to do anything about it... :(
I do not know what try other people because never I saw this but for me, it runs, the troops or vehicle into the bunker fire from all the windows.
