We reveal our wicked website and a badass teaser trailer. Mod´s release is later this year.

Did I promise some cool media in a few days? Well I guess I´ll just have to keep my word then.
Flesh´s gameplay and level design is complete, Im just adding tons of polishing, some new props, more gameplay, and more story elements to the levels. After that the levels will be composed on and finalized, and after that, it´s a release. So yeah even now its playable from start to finish.

Just to keep you hungry for more, we have a website now! So just click over here and take a look;

Pretty impressive eh? Well that´s not all folks. My good friend Futsin, who works as an voice actor in the mod, made a really cool teaser trailer for us. This took a few months; in the start, we had an shared vision of what the video should present, and from there, he improvised and had free hands to do whatever he liked, even the dialogue for his character.

Huge thanks to Jesse and Chris for all the work they´ve put into Flesh, its been such an easy smooth ride with the developing of this mod!

That´s all for now, cyas later and thanks.

The trailer looks great, I just think you could have pulled it all together a little tighter. Presented us with something a little shorted, a little more ambiguously specific to point us toward a purpose or idea, and then ended it. It's great though.

Leon_Kilean Sep 24 2009 replied:

Yes. And there´s different kinds of flesh available, like flesh from a fish, or a cow, or if you´re very good, a human.
And the ending result you can show in a scoreboard and compete against other people.

...naw, its a metaphor. But Im not giving away the story. =)

Its a beautiful and hauntingly visceral metaphor, in my opinion. Those who crave depth to their content will surely satiate their appetite with what we are working on.

That has to be one of the best mod trailers I've seen in a long time. It really shows how the story is based. Also, the voiceacting was superb! It didn't sound fake or forced, it really sounded like someone who was talking to a person that is dead and gone. Great work so far on everything. Good luck in the near future, I'll be watching closely :D

Slick trailer, you really pulled the atmosphere of this mod together with the amazing lighting and texturing. The description of the mod sounds very fighting, no combat, no player-produced gore -- I'm officially interested. :D
