Players have Icons like DoD, however the icons are also used to display if a team-mate is wounded/collapsed or if they are low on ammo.
The client can choose to turn Player icons off, just health and ammo or only in TAC view (TAC view will be a bit like in GOW2 - will display all the hud info + objective locations)
