The Rejuvenator light destroyer is another amazing product of the New class program, and is widely regarded as a pinnacle of destroyer designs. (For its time anyway.) The Rejuvenator has very strong shields and powerful engines, as well as having a dazzling array of heavy weapons making it an ideal hit and run vessel. While it lacks the firepower of larger destroyers, it more than makes up for it in cost and tactical supremacy. While best used in smaller formations of other support vessels, it can easily charge headlong into enemy formations to destroy fighter screen vessels or light carriers and plow right through the formation to safety.
