The War over Sol has just begun.
THE SOL CONFEDERATE are the people of earth, technological leaps and bounds
had been made by united governments over the past one-hundred years; the
catalyst for their technological revolution being found in a very unique piece of
Chinese hardware: the ‘Ivory Drive'. Doors of opportunity flung
wide open by the Ivory, this piece of hardware found a special place
in the heart of space farers all across the globe. Their first and
primary goal was simple: to explore, to colonize, and to learn.
Originally known as the Oracle, THE WESTERN ARMADA
is a coalition of countless alien species. Five developed species make up the
majority of the Western Armada: the Zerim (the Command Fleet), the Qwessa,
the Metracos, the Trigor, and the Daragon.
THE ECORIN are a sentient machine-race, birthed as a consequence of an old
Confederate project: Pioneer. Relying on variations of alien and human tech, the
Ecorin are found in small, tightly-populated pockets of Deep Space. Whatever
their intentions in the Sol system, the fact remains that they are
here, and that they are willing to fight for whatever it is that they
desire.
Utterly disregarded for many centuries, THE VICHOR EMPIRE
have been able to operate in the dark, all other alien superpowers in
the galaxy having their gaze cast elsewhere. They first reappeared
when the Sol Confederate, Western Armada and Ecorin were all in the
same place; Earth's Gravity Well.

I'm afraid that this mod had died, neither me nor Lukozade have updated for nearly 2 years, although many of you have guessed this for a long while, yet I have news that might surprise you all, I'm going into game development all together, the first game I'm planning to make is a Space Combat Sim similar to Freespace and the X-series named Magna Guardians, the ship models from this mod will be updated/used for this game, which ones are yet to be determined, but I am using the Anvil-Class Corvette, two of the Titans, the Kilimanjaro-class, Cairo-Class, Zenith-Class, and the Metracos Frigate, if anyone is interested in helping, post a response in the comments or send a private message to myself

What programs do you use to code entity files? I've bought many programs but have had no luck coding the files. Is there a way to edit the files directly, or would they have to be converted to another format? Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask, but I haven't found much information on the matter. If there is a program that can edit the files, could you please let me know. Thanks.
first they must be converted to txt format (the ending remains .entity). You can convert the files with the ConvertData.exe or you download the TXT files from here: Forums.sinsofasolarempire.com . Then you can open them easily with the Editor and begin modding. Good luck :D
Could be in the future, some kind of adaptation for Rebellion ._.? This mod is so ******* awesome...
The plan actually is to make it for Rebellion and possibly the base game sometime afterwards.

Way too much text, just depressing to even think about reading it all.
Perhaps if you could shorten each faction description to one or two small paragraphs then it would become more attractive to read. Also, making a background that is easy on the eyes couldn't hurt.

Hey you updated, so you guys are still working on this. I see you updated the descriptions on the factions that will be present in the mod but have you done any more models or even textured a ship yet.
Hey sorry I've been a bit busy recently, I have a few models in progress but right now we're just focusing on getting ALL of the models done before we start with textures.
