This mod is set in Games Workshop's, great Warhammer 40,000 ( 40k ) universe. Each map pits Imperial Space Marines against the Tyranid swarm and the Legions of Chaos, competing in a series of mission objectives, culminating in a battle to decide the fate of the planet. Description
This screenshot shows a very exiting piece of gameplay as the tyranid team tries to push up the hill toward the monument, lead by a pair of carnifexes.
You can see the particle effects for all the tyranid weapons have been updated with a green look to contrast with the new hive fleet colours. In this case a spore mine is detonating just behind the other carnifex.
