Escape is a single player mod for Half Life 2. Multiplayer may be implemented later if the mod gains a large enough community. There will most likely be updates including new sections, some made by the Escape team, others by fans. In Escape you play David Hartman, an ex-marine who crashed his sailboat on an isolated and unchartered island. His sailboat wrecked, he had no means of escape. But then he saw a tower in the distance, which seemed to be of importance. So began his journey across this wretched island. He encountered swarms of hostiles, some were the guard patrols of the island, others were...monsters. Little did he know that this island was the site of experiments in various methods of transformation, through DNA alteration, zombification, and various other methods. His only goal was to get the hell off this island. Battle your way through various arenas on your way to this tower. Fight for you life as you are attacked by swarms of enemies. Utilize the environment to gain an advantage....
