why wont it work. it only shows the plain cod 4 mod menu.

I am suggesting one thing. If you wan't a real BLACK OPS 2 make - levels with weapons - create class and prestige in 3.9.

Are you going to do a v3.8 of your mod ?
Because some weapons of the v3.77 looks really really weird, such as the MP7 or the Ballista.
In about 4-5 weeks, the 3.8 version is released.
Sorry bro! But Your mod is full of BUGS.
