THIS MOD IS CURRENTLY IN-ACTIVE AS ITS JOINED THE TEMPORAL COLD WAR MOD.
This is a Half Life 2 map set in the Star Trek universe, based on the first Warp 5 star ship Enterprise. This is my first serious attempt at making a map/mod so wish me luck, I'm not trying to get it 100% right, just as long as it has the general feel of the ship then my job will be done. Currently I only have plans to make the Enterprise map, with custom textures etc, no custom models, weapons or charters (as yet) are planned.
All I want is to be able to walk around Enterprise! I will release all my files, textures etc for other mod users to use in any of there projects. I also promise that no matter how far I get, I'll release what I?ve done in September, I only say this encase I lose interest or no longer have the time to work on the project, this way you will know to come back at September to see if the mod got completed.
Here is a list of the different sections of the ship that I plan to make and the order I plan to do them in:-
Work done so far:
Captains Ready Room: 95% complete
Crewe Quarters: 95% complete
Corridors: 95% complete
Transporters: 95% complete
Turbo Lifts: 85% complete
Briefing Room: 85% complete
Armoury: 95% complete
Cargo Bays: 60% complete
Shuttle/Lanuch Bay: 90% complete
Decon 95% complete
Engineering: 90% complete
The Bridge: 90% complete
Sickbay: 10% complete
Messhall: 01% complete
New Textures: 00% complete
Main Maps 05% complete
Captains Quarters, Brig, Jeffery Tubes, Catwalk and other areas of the ship I currently haven't decided weather to do them or not. Chairs & Torpedoes, and other various items on the ship I have not yet decided how best to make them so they may be left last (apart from the Captains Chair, as you cant have a bridge without a place for the captain). Textures will be improved towards the end of the project.

Just like to say thanks to the 1,000 and still growing number of downloads this small mini mod a big THANK YOU, I hope you had fun at looking over my files, I'm currently back to working full pace on Enterprise cold war mod, working on redoing my Bridge, which is looking so much better this time round. I will see if I can get permission to upload a very small pic as a final update for this mod. Thanks Again.

wow, to be completely honest.. half-life 1 textures? for hl2? couldnt you guys have made your own textures, or something along the half-life 2 lines? makes the whole thing look under developed. like tcw, looks like they put more time and effort into it, and it just started a few weeks ago. i like the mapping, and resemblance. looks to be fun, keep it up.. and good luck.
err I did make my own textures, but simple not very good at making textures, these where done quickly and I was planning to improve them as best I could as well as improving the lighting and more detail once i had it all mapped out but as it is Ive joined the TCW team as I saw there mod was much better than mine and have far better textures, so hopefully you see my maps in there mod but with models and vastly improved textures, lighting etc so if you do kind of like this mod then your going to love TCW.
