As you know Gore Mod v2.0 has already been released on October 29, 2012.
It was a major improvement of the first mod, which fixed a lot of bugs, improved and added lots of more gore textures into the game, and had some other great features.
Although, it did not have some of the features that were promised, such as dismemberment and the blood being splattered to your screen when someone was severely injured near you.
Gore Mod v2.0 is not the last version of the Gore Mod, like I mentioned some time ago.
The upcoming version of Gore Mod (Gore Mod v3.0) will have all those promised features, as long as some new ones. It will have 50% more gore textures than all of the Gore Mod versions put together, and it will improve and polish lots of textures that were added into the 2nd version. The third version will be the Gore Mod prime, promised to surprise a lot of you. And if all goes well, Gore Mod v3.0 will be the last version.
Do not expect this version until sometime in 2013, so "hang" in there with the newest version of the Gore Mod, which has just been released a few days ago.

OMGWTF THE GAME WAS GORY ENOUGH!
I still love it though, maybe a mod to make decals stay, and a dualcore mod?
Also with your Unreal Engine 1 experience, can you also make a gore mod for postal 2? It's on Unreal Engine 2.

Okay, I've now managed to FINALLY get in touch with my BETA testers, and send the mod to one of them. Once the two of them have tested it and once I've fixed any bugs they find (if there are any) I will proceed to upload the official version into ModDB! Thank you guys for waiting, and I'm also looking forward to you testing this mod and also give me feedback about it! :)
