Nice special effects. Love the prism tank Sound effect on the lazer beam weapons . Although if I had something to criticize, from my point of view, I beleive the beam projectiles would look aesthetically better and more appealing to the player if the projectile travelled faster, as it really puts on the illusion of obliterating power.

True, but sadly that speed is required to make sure the beams work properly. I've spent days experimenting on it, and these are the settings that yield the best results.
