Description
This building provides the WEA with energy, it provides up to 8 power, because of its big solar panels. When you have upgraded the plant to get the extra solar panel it provides you with 100% extra power.

Yes it is. It just means that now we have skinned models in our updates because we have the mastermind of skins Paved. Back then we didn't so all we could show were untextured models.
