Well all Mystique forums mods ( European Conflict, GenX , C&C Untitled and Unleashed, C&C Fogotten Furry ), the Situation Zero Mod and Remix ( i'm rather new to this 2 ), and i've been sketching in Fallout forums a few years ago. My forums name is Anubis.

do you know how to create a mod if you do can you tell me,

Yeah. I know how to create a mod for generals, and if i will have the money to buy the damn original game i will also know how to mod tiberium wars and red alert 3 ( no crack for the pathes :P ). For generals it's rather simple if you make only a cod and public model based mode. Just get final big so you can open all the big files of generals. Then start experimenting. It's verry easy to change stats and even graphics for the units. In time you will learn advanced coding stuff such as ocl, special power coding or supwerweapons coding, and even model animatation coding. But for the begining i would recomand you just get Final Big, experiment with it and search for modding tutorials. Search over on Fallout Forums or Revora Forums. They have lots of tuts that will help you alot. For modeling and texturing i'm afraid i cannot help you. But if you really want ti learn go for it. It's not hard and once you start to learn you will have alot of fun :) . At least i did. Anyway good luck!
