The concept says Nemesis, but this bad boy is currently being called the 'Apollo Defensive Installation', and it's a WEA fortification designed to stand up to just about any threat. The concept shows the full turret, and close ups on each part: those aren't upgrades.

Starcrat ? Pls enlighten me what part of this design even looks close to starcraft or even starcraft 2. And just for the record ... i'm really not a big fan of the starcraft design style.

is it upgradable for anti ground or anti air speciality?
As it's been said in the description those are not upgrades. I simply split the whole structure into it's component modules so the modelers would have an easyer job. The whole thing is anti-ground only, but each 1 of the 2 weapon modules is good against different targets.
