Description
The Wilderness Class Replenishment Station is a class of orbital depots first used by the United States of America in the mid-2250s. It was later adopted for use across the entire Federation of Allied Worlds and then exported to nations all across the Orion Arm. It’s ease of construction and low maintenance have made it one of the most widely produced stations in history, in service with groups as varied from the United States Navy, to the New Geneva Federal Trade and Commerce Administration, to lowly smugglers and pirates.

Because God knows DoV updates contain only Soviet units.

Okay, judging by the description it may have been made/created by the United States, but the engineers/designers were certainly Soviets. I assume that unmentioned is that if anything were to go wrong with the station, any and all fixes are completely possible utilizing aluminium soda cans.
(Hey, serious, I lived in Mongolia and the amount of ways you can repair a Soviet era car or van with an aluminium soda can are astonishing)
