The Slavny Class of light cruisers is a type of warship currently in service with the Red Navy. First introduced in 2263, the class suffered from severe technical problems, and underwent a series of refits. It currently serves within the Red Navy Battlefleets specializing in both ship to ship combat and anti-strikecraft capabilities.

Those siluettes really make me want to have the Japanese as playable faction in DOV now... not animu gundam z like Japanese, but a just as well designed faction as the soviets seem to become.

does the turrets turn?
Long answer: The SoaSE engine is not designed for moving turrets. It hasn't been done before (as far as I know) and if it was it would require a massive amount of particle effects (or some work around like that) that would cause unhealthly lag and to much work.
Short answer: No.
i think (to the best of my knowledge) that a BSG mod has done turing turrets (well... sort off , when the turret fires the gun just jumps in the direction it is firing more then turning ;/ , but that counts .... right??)

Why their is no turrets under your ships?
mobius only likes planes. this is his way of sabotaging the entire soviet navy since all their ships dont look like planes.
Unfortunately he sabotaged his sabotage by making them cool, so now the soviets will crush everyone with their endless cool ships.
