The distinguishing feature of this mod will be all units being reskinned, of course, to look like tan and green plastic, and small arms will be able to deal considerable damage to vehicles, an element borrowed from an old DreamCast game, Toy Commander, from which other aspects will be implemented as well. Right now I alone am merely recoloring skins and editing stats, I may begin more advanced modifications with others when there is more to show.

I want to help you out with Company of Plastics.
Hey this is just a suggestion but try to change the Infantry producing buildings into the lil' plastic cases (you know the litttle ones were you would get 3 or 4 army men) and the vehicle producing buildings into toy boxes.
I am almost certain the base buildings will be significantly altered. I've an insidious feeling that there's a reason why other mods just reskin them, however.

The link was group but once we discussed about Company of Army Men. But never successful.
ARMY MEN directx 10 wah...
Sorry for double posting too late to edit, will the tanks have 4 wheels instead on of using track? xD
Aesthetics are the main point for this mod, besides the gameplay elements playing with toys introduces, but I cannot go into specific details as I don't know anything about modelling for CoH or the whole "wheels vs tracks" mechanics that are unique to it.
Also, I joined--I am quite fond of army men and what they have to offer video games.
REAL COMBAT, PLASTIC MEN. ohyeah
Army men !
Question, would you mind taking a day to fix the glitches that the Army Men mod had, and then release it here, while giving credit to the original creator? :)
If you don't want to, it's fine, I understand.
I will still track this mod it looks epic even for plastic toys.It is kind-of a sequel for Toy Soldiers lol :D
