I can see one problem, they have the U.S army Star patch on his right shoulder.
the U.S.M.C does not have this patch.

No, the aimpoint is the main issue optic of the US Army, the ACOG is the main issue optic for the USMC, so these are correct.

Add foregrips to the M4's (or are they m4a1's to represent latest change?) As most combat m4/m4a1/m16a4 have foregrips as standard.

Everybody In my company has EOtech or ACOG. I've never heard of an aimpoint. I don't know about USMC though. And M4s don't come with foregrips on them. It's just really common to have them. I put a M249 grip on myne though becasue it's more confortable. I love the rail system!
