Intro of Combat In Flames
Combat In Flames is a modification of battlefield1942. The mod has a biuld-in Effect-Engine, and that endow the game perfect visual effect.A distinctive compatible mode was designed for players who want to join the original bf1942 game,and under this mode,the game has great visual effect but the same weapon config.
About Effect Engine
Effect Engine is a biuld-in component of CIF mod, and it brought a great visual effect to the game,refer to flames, explosion, eruption, smoke ,and so on. You can see the blood spreading out on the water, the lively Streamers behind the warships, you also can see the perfect tracer bullet on the Pacific,the beautiful explosions in the sky,and the aircraft that burst into flames.The perfect engine sound effect was disigned for planes and warships, that make you fell as you were there. The Engine also brought lively Metallic Lustre Effect and Rippling Water Surface to game, that let you experience high quality game using low end computers.

★ Ensure your system is WinXP or later(32 bit).
★ Ensure you have installed BF1942(v1.6 or later) before installing CIF mod.

Activate the mod
★ You will be asked to activate the mod when you run it for the first time .the free Activation Code is :B8AD69604787623B5F88AC470FA0
★ Some firewall maybe prevent new programs from connecting to the internet.If you can't activate CIF mod ,close the firewall and try it again.
★ If you still can't activate CIF mod after closing firewall,try it an hour later.This is due to network congestion.

If you have installed CIF 2.17 or later version,please put the V2.19D patch in you game folder of BF1942 and run it.
The change in V2.19D
1 More excellent flame effects,but lower computation cost.
2 Include C run-time library if your system is lack of it.
3 It's easier to switch game version(v1.61 or v1.6).
4 Fixed a bug that maybe cause an error.

I want to try this mod on a pc without internet! What do I do?
No way.You must activate it with internet in the first time,and then,you can play it without internet.
Please make a effect engine for battlefield 2, i would love to see that
Why did u make CF server? You can use it in normal servers.
So i have been checking the server now for about 5 days and nothing no players at all! :( Not to be rude but.... everbody needs to get there *** to the CIF SERVER and play otherwise this will be like all the other great mods out there..... DEAD! shure thousands of people downloaded and installed them but, not one server is hosting them if there are any that do there empty. how about this maybe if everbody here will post there bf player names and times they usually play we can try and get something going! im on sometime from

its always fun to play with the vanilla player from time to time with this CiF mod on but he's right, i require CiF server gameplay!
Keep update it please! The best graphics mod for Battlefield 1942. Maybe some modifications for ENB like this: Youtube.com
