New Version Released - Steel Talons Firestorm Tech image - One Vision mod for Command & Conquer 3: Kane's Wrath
Just like Kane's Vision, this mod aims to perfect the gameplay experience of Kane's Wrath. With countless new faction unique upgrades and units, this is a comprehensive overhaul of this already great game. Every change that was introduced in this mod was with quality gameplay in mind and do justice to the lore of the factions. Furthermoe, One Vision is keen on maintaining the game's high visual level and improve upon it wherever possible.
Since some new Steel Talons unit were not easy to see in the Steel Talons Frontline Report, I decided to post new ones.
In this picture you can see the new Firestorm Troopers and the Grey Wolf walker. You can only have a limited quantity of these experimental units on the battlefield at a time.
Those hard hitting units require the "Weaponized Firestorm" upgrade before they can be built. Due to the weight of their energy generators, Firestorm Troopers don't have jetpacks but utilize simpacks to increase their firepower even more.
Since the Grey Wolf use some kind of energy weapon, shouldn't it be better if the model was using the upgraded canon of the titan rather then the default one ?
Actually, it is a completely different model for the Titan done by Golan. This model doesn't have an upgraded weapon part but you can easily distinguish the Grey Wolf from normal Titans ingame.
