To be fair, it was a much earlier build =P
Kinda reminds me of Tiberium Sun and Red alert. They are a bunch of games and mods based on the USA vs CCCP (Red Alert, Flashpoint , World in Conflict, Endwar and so on) and doing something different might be serious problem. Still I am a big soviet fan and I play everything that includes CCCP (the USSR) and Russian themes. I hope you'll finish the mod.
P.S. A piece of advice: Work on the special abilities!

Animation of walkers need to be improved. Liberty walker have very light steps to the mass of this machine.
The animation is still very much a WIP.
The good thing is that the model is all rigged up so it should be much of a problem!
But your work is awesome!
