It's actually two idle anims, but I just pasted them all in one gif.
This updated one got a brighter texture and added a flamethrower to it.

Looks awesome, who would've thought slapping a Nod helmet on a SCBW Terran Marine would look so good and Noddish.
I love the armor, and the animations, but I somehow don't like the flamethrower xD maybe try to make it black?
I mean it's up on you, you're the author but I think NOD weaponry should be black with red details :P
The point is that makeing the weapon black would make it loose all contrast ingame. There is a reason why I made the texture brighter of the infantry too.
Scaling it down would just result in a black mess.

My only thing with it is that the high neck guard would make turning their head impossible. Of course, you can say they have 360 degrees sensors or something.

Now I think it would look better. If you would give him LMG with ammo belt, and that he shoots like this:
Here's one reason for it: He's using heavy armor with large armor plating on his shoulders and neck so aiming down sights is almost impossible because of limited movement in upper body. And most of all, he would look a total badass shock trooper.
It will probably go into 3 variants...
Knowledge - Black Hand (Laser)
Industry - Black Hand (Flamer)
Propaganda - Black Hand (Minigun)
depending on the first chosen ideology.
That's a good idea, 3 variants, laser, flamer and LMG. Good thinking. But please no minigun, minigun is lame and ultra non realistic. Just make a simple futuristic LMG.
