Is there going to be a whole new line of highly mobile city-style vehicles that suck anywhere but on pavement?

We have a few for the Campaign. The two that you'll most likely be commanding are the Enforcer and the Pacifier, but there is also a Humvee-van type vehicle (unarmed, for transporting dignitaries and the like) and a big Convoy vehicle (for transporting important cargoes).

Over all, these units are OK on most ground, but they'll likely only appear in specific missions - especially in GDI Federal bases, 'defending' the population.

Lol.

New unit: Stealth Titans

Upgreaded with hi-tech PCV+SS (PolyChlorideVinyl+Silicone Sneakers), giving them not only more stealthy movement but also enchanced legs protection from small arms fire. It is possible becase saml arm bullets (light infintary) smiplly bounce off the PCV+SS dealing less damage to protected parts of Titans.

After i while of thought if we change a name slightly we get P.C.V.+S.S. (PolyChlorideVinyl+Silicone Shields) which is kind of interesting and might be actually worth of adding into the game.

Description

The "Enforcer" urban APC is used by GDI in regions not under direct threat of incursion as anti-riot measures.

In order to prevent armed uprising by disgruntled civilians living in Super City development zones, GDI began phasing out the use of standard military units in civilian zones, swapping them for 'civilian friendly' vehicles.

The Enforcer is one of such projects.
Its large size and engine power, coupled with decent armour, makes the Enforcer an important part of law enforcement in the rougher parts of GDI's domains. The net launcher mounted on the vehicle's back allows the Enforcer to defend itself against infantry targets, but other than this the Enforcer is unarmed.
Despite orders not to harm rioters, it has been known for squads to outfit their vehicles with more fatal weapons than nets.
