I looks very realistic, but I think your smoke is too dark. When this produces so much smoke, then an artillery impact with its black smoke - you will see nothing behind it.
I think it's similar problem to Remix shields - if it was less transparent, you will see nothing under several shields.

smoke needs to be white because it is water that evaporates in nuclear power plants and not dirty smoke
