I came up with an explanation for this issue:
-This mod renders all particle on screen so it consumes more RAM.
-The original game's AI is crap, it has a memory leaked which if it builds above approx. 250 MB, it will start to lag.
-The consumed RAM plus memory leaked leads to even more lag.
-This mod can built up of approx. 600 MB of maximum (the maximum I've ever experienced)

A way to heal:
-Replace 1.04 engine with 1.00
-Use "prio"
-Play against Medium AI or lesser

A way to solve:
-Play online or lan
-Play against "civil" AI
-Solve this "memory leaked" in the game engine
-Stop playing it
-Bear with it
-Pretend it doesn't lag
-Turn off your monitor, speakers or headphone while playing it

Help:
-If you know a good C++ programmer, please contact him/her about this, see if he/she can help or not
*Notice: This doesn't involve only me but every person who plays C&C Generals Zero Hour with lagging experience
*Notice 2: If there's any news, I'll post it here because I'm gonna look deeper into this issue
