BrewLAN is a mod for Supreme Commander: Forged Alliance that has been in on and off development by a team of one for almost a decade. It adds a wide variety of new units for all factions, as well as offering several new game modes and features. The core design goals for the mod are simple; to add new, interesting, and visually aesthetic units which complement those already in existence and to maximise technical compatibility with other mods.

These tubes and swivel where these mandibles attached, especially on last screenshot looks a bit humanish, how about idea make them just floating? In original FA many seraphim buildings have floating parts :)

Without the arm attachments it looks too much like a *****.

to me it looks too symmetrical compared to the overall design of the factions vanilla units.

To be fair, I've not given it weapons yet.

will the little arms move during the reconstruction process?
or does it use them to walk around?

The little arms are going to be doing something between a Mr Burns "Excellent" and star-nosed mole impression. They are too short to reach the ground. The big arms are going to be for casual walking, and if I can get it to work well, BEING A ******* CARNIFEX. That is if I can get melee combat to work half satisfactorily.

Description

Some angles of the new Iyadesu model, the Seraphim Experimental Reconstruction Engineer.

I have begun work on the texture, but unlike UEF and Cybran textures, Seraphim textures look godawful until they are finished, and I haven't worked out any quick ways to make them not look awful. So here is more 3DSMax clay texture.
